Elliot Lake Family Health Team (ELFHT) is a team of health care professionals that offer total care in one location. The team consists of physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, pharmacist, dietitian, chiropodist and respiratory therapist. There are ten general practitioners at the ELFHT, some of whom serve additional medical roles in the community such as anaesthetist, emergency physician and obstetrics.
